Jamie was interested in hair and makeup from the start. She would always try new hair and makeup styles on her Mom and two little sisters. Jamie even learned how to cut her Dad's hair. She was soon doing hair and makeup for friends and classmates in high school and college. Even after earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (in hopes of one day owning and operating her own salon) and working over 5 years as a Corporate Technical Writer, she still wanted to accomplish her lifelong dream of becoming a professional hair stylist and makeup artist.

After getting married, Jamie and her husband Matthew moved to LA. There she graduated from Marinello School of Beauty in Burbank and obtained her cosmetology license. Throughout school and since graduating, Jamie has worked on numerous films, photo shoots, Internet media, events and salon clientele. Currently based in Wilmington, she looks forward to using her talent, skills and LA experience back on the East coast. Jamie is excited about continuing to work in the fashion and entertainment industries and learning as much as she can along the way.
